I/We understand and authorise that Solar Shop Australia may give information about me/us to Solar Financial Solutions for the purposes of:
- Obtaining consumer credit from Solar Financial Solutions for me/us
- Where information means any personal details collected by Solar Shop Australia as well as details of the Solar System being purchased
- The information which may be given to Solar Financial Solutions is specified by the Privacy Act 1988 and can include:
- Identity particulars including my/our name, sex, address (and the previous two addresses), date of birth, name of employer, drivers license number and e-mail address.
- My/our intention for credit or commercial credit - the fact that I/we want to apply for credit and amount;
- The fact that the Solar Financial Services is a credit provider to me/us.
I/we understand that this information may be disclosed before, during or after the Solar System sale to Solar Financial Solutions.
Authority to provide information to Solar Financial Solutions
I/we authorise Solar Shop Australia to disclose my/our personal information to Solar Financial Solutions, or other party who provides or assists to Solar Financial Solutions with the negotiation of this credit application or the provision of funding, for the following purposes:
- For audit purposes
- To assist the Financier with any aspect of my/our credit application
- For marketing purposes
